What you'll do

• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, staffing, and budgeting. Create seasonal and therapeutic menus
• maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
• coordinate with the Registered Dietitian
• supervise, train, and coach culinary staff
• conduct performance audits
• coordinate food service for events
• attend care plan meetings
• manage inventory and food costs
• prepare reports
• and support inspections and licensing surveys.
