The engineer leads product and process development from concept through production, translating customer requirements into validated, cost-effective manufacturing processes. The role coordinates tooling, prototypes, trials, production launches, and continuous improvement with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Lead tooling design and development using 3D CAD and cold-forge simulation software
• collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams
• manage prototype builds and trials
• support production launches
• drive Lean and Six Sigma process improvements
• evaluate materials and forming technologies
• support customer presentations and technical reviews
• oversee engineering projects against cost, quality, and schedule objectives
• apply CNC metal-processing knowledge to prototype and tooling work.
