What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to resident diet specifications, menus, and facility procedures
• review menus and portion meals accurately
• direct and assist dietary staff with preparation, serving, and cleaning
• check trays against diet cards
• maintain sanitation and food storage
• assist with inventory
• review diet changes and adjust menus
• coordinate with the Dietary Manager and team.
