Job overview

The Cook role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is listed at $19 per hour. The cook reports to the Head Chef, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, and Floor Manager, and works with the kitchen team to support food preparation and service. The role prepares ingredients and cooks food on the griddle to specified standards, while monitoring food safety and ingredient inventory. It contributes to consistent, safe food preparation and attractive dish presentation, and may assist in other kitchen areas as needed.

What you'll do

• Cut and prepare ingredients for recipes
• check freshness and quantities
• preheat and maintain the griddle
• cook food according to specifications and established times
• monitor cooking temperatures for quality and food safety
• monitor griddle ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs
• follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• clean and disinfect work surfaces and utensils
• assist in other kitchen areas as needed
• collaborate with kitchen staff and support dish presentation.
