What you'll do

• Perform routine banking transactions, explain and refer members to relevant products and services, maintain knowledge of policies and regulations, communicate professionally in person, by phone, and by email, balance and close out daily activities, maintain the work area, follow security and fraud-prevention procedures, resolve or escalate service concerns, and travel to other locations as needed.
