Night Auditor

The Night Auditor role is onsite in Palm Springs, CA, generally working overnight from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Compensation is $22 per hour. The role supports overnight operations and guest service at La Serena Villas. The role exists to maintain accurate nightly financial procedures, front desk operations, and hotel security while assisting guests. It contributes by completing audit reports, balancing daily transactions, handling cashiering, following safety procedures, and responding to guest needs.

What you'll do

• Complete the Night Audit checklist and required reports
• balance the day’s work
• handle cashiering
• keep public areas clean, locked, and secured
• assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• follow safety and emergency procedures
• complete direct bills and transfer accounts as needed
• distribute audit materials and complete other assigned duties.
