What you'll do

• Plan and implement assigned events
• coordinate event logistics, budgets, vendors, invitations, seating, and support staff
• collaborate on event programs and materials
• support guest attendance and accessibility needs
• lead event staffing
• prepare post-event summaries and expenditure reports
• compile CRM information and reports
• participate in departmental budget preparation
• travel to offsite events
• support special projects.
