What you'll do

• Lead assigned monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and financial analysis. Reconcile sub-ledger activity to the general ledger
• prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation
• support grant accounting, billing, reimbursement, revenue recognition, and closeout
• review grant expenditures for coding and compliance
• prepare audit schedules
• resolve accounting issues
• provide technical support to accounting staff
• and partner on process improvements and special projects.
