Property Manager

What you'll do

• Process tenant applications, verify applicant information, maintain waiting lists, show apartments, and review leases
• recertify tenants
• prepare for audits
• assign tasks and review timecards for key holders
• collect rent and maintain records
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
• process accounts payable and reports
• monitor community areas for cleanliness and safety
• coordinate tenant programs and activities when applicable
• prepare for emergencies.
