What you'll do

• Coordinate room attendants, housemen, public-space cleaners, and supervisors
• maintain standards for guest rooms, linens, uniforms, lost and found, laundry, and public spaces
• train employees on cleaning and safety procedures
• inspect and document work
• assist with department morale and quality audits
• coordinate outside vendors
• plan daily work sheets and assist with cleaning
• resolve service and equipment complaints
• communicate with other departments
• maintain equipment
• evaluate employee performance
• monitor workload and staffing within budget
• advise desk clerks when rooms are ready
• assist with administrative functions.
