The Food Prep Worker — Midshift role is onsite in Henderson, NV, with compensation of $16 per hour starting wage. The position works directly with the Commissary Manager to prepare scratch-made food items to recipe and yield specifications at Mothership Coffee.

What you'll do

• Follow recipe and yield guides
• maintain station preparation systems and daily checklists
• inspect and organize prep stations before and after shifts
• rotate stock using FIFO practices
• clean, sanitize, and restock prep areas
• track and log inventory as directed
• comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• support cross-team workflows according to standard procedures
• collaborate with the team to maintain quality and consistency.
