What you'll do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, PLC input/output modules, and control wiring
• troubleshoot analog and digital controls, power distribution systems, motors, variable-frequency drives, servo drives, and soft starts
• maintain and troubleshoot encoders and load cells
• program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI interfaces
• modify PLC logic using ladder logic
• diagnose industrial communication protocols and equipment issues using electrical schematics
• perform preventive maintenance on laser-guided vehicles, conveyors, and production equipment.
