What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide preconstruction and estimating
• standardize estimating processes across operating divisions
• improve estimate accuracy and estimate-to-actual performance
• partner with Operations and Finance to improve profitability
• build and mentor estimating and operational leaders
• oversee multiple business units with P&L accountability
• develop scalable systems and processes.
