The kitchen support worker helps maintain safe, efficient kitchen operations by washing and storing dishes, cleaning work areas, and assisting with meal service. The role also supports cooks and the culinary team with dining-room setup, meal delivery, and required sanitation records.

What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, and store dishes
• maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area
• assist with bussing, serving, and meal or room-tray delivery as needed
• set and clear tables
• help clean food-preparation areas and equipment
• complete dishwasher temperature logs and closing checklists
• follow sanitation practices.
