The Assistant Executive Director works onsite in Granite Bay, CA. The annual salary range is $80,000–$90,000. What you'll do

• Support the Executive Director’s mission, strategic plan, and operational goals
• lead and develop department heads and staff
• serve as Manager on Duty in the Executive Director’s absence
• oversee resident admissions, assessments, and service plans
• assist with budgets and financial monitoring
• oversee billing and resident accounts
• support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations
• oversee property, vendors, and projects
• ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
• address resident and family concerns
• and support tours and sales efforts.
