What you'll do

• Engage patients in cognitive and social activities
• create a safe, supportive environment
• manage behavioral issues with redirection and support
• provide scheduled personal care including transfers, bathing, toileting, feeding, housekeeping, errands, and emergency response
• observe and report client condition
• document services daily
• communicate confidentially with the agency and client’s family.
