What you'll do

• Analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Resolute HB applications
• gather requirements from hospital billing teams, revenue cycle stakeholders, and IT
• configure and optimize workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and billing functionality
• troubleshoot issues
• perform upgrades and maintenance
• document workflows, build specifications, and test scripts
• participate in integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
• collaborate with Prelude, Cadence, Professional Billing, and Claims teams
• support compliance and provide end-user training when required.
