Senior Agile Coach

What you'll do

• Assess team maturity and create coaching plans
• guide teams in building Agile capabilities and sustainable practices
• coach Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban events, artifacts, and roles
• promote effective application of Agile principles and continuous improvement
• address resistance and build engagement with new ways of working
• work within organizational playbooks while introducing best practices.
