What you'll do

• Support the commercial loan lifecycle from application through closing and post-closing servicing
• prepare, review, and process loan documents
• coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, insurers, and vendors
• execute disbursements, advances, and paydowns
• maintain loan records and reconcile general ledger accounts
• monitor collateral and due diligence requirements
• manage ticklers and exception reports
• support member onboarding and inquiries
• monitor portfolio compliance and risk indicators
• assist with annual loan reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations
• generate reports and support process improvements.
