The IT Project Manager role is onsite in Greenville, NC. Compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the project manager leads healthcare technology initiatives from planning through implementation and optimization. The role coordinates stakeholders, vendors, integrations, timelines, risks, and system adoption to improve organizational effectiveness and support donation and transplantation operations.

What you'll do

• Manage TrueNorth EMR updates, feature requests, and helpdesk coordination
• support DonorChart and Copernicus implementation and optimization
• lead system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements
• maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and documentation
• manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities
• coordinate stakeholders, vendors, testing, training, access, and issue resolution
• optimize SaaS platforms
• improve workflows
• maintain policies and system records
• support compliance with healthcare technology regulations and security standards.
