Sanitation Team Lead

The Sanitation Team Lead role is onsite in Hildale, UT. Pay is $22.50–$25 per hour, with additional bonus opportunity. Premium Production provides blending, encapsulating, labeling, bottling, and packaging services for dietary supplement partners. The lead keeps production equipment and rooms clean, safe, and ready for scheduled operations while guiding sanitation technicians. The role supports production readiness and regulatory compliance through inspections, accurate records, training, and consistent sanitation practices.

What you'll do

• Disassemble, deep clean, sanitize, and reassemble production machinery and rooms according to written SOPs and cGMP requirements
• assign daily tasks and monitor progress
• inspect sanitized equipment and coordinate release with Quality Assurance
• verify sanitation checklists and logs
• train team members on chemical handling, disassembly, and cleaning standards
• troubleshoot sanitation equipment issues
• reinforce safety, PPE, and sanitation standards.
