Compensation is $14–$19 per hour. The Full-Time Caregiver role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, providing live-in care in clients’ homes; SYNERGY HomeCare’s stated purpose is to provide personalized, life-energizing care in clients’ own homes. The caregiver supports clients’ non-medical needs through companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. The role helps clients maintain comfort and daily routines through reliable care and professional communication with clients, families, and coworkers.
