What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, and building-system repairs
• diagnose issues and complete preventive maintenance
• maintain tools and inventory
• respond to resident service requests and communicate updates
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• inspect buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
