What you'll do

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adults age 18 and older
• conduct ongoing therapy sessions and new-client assessments
• use data to guide treatment and adjust care based on progress
• collaborate with mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
• complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours
• maintain 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. PST.
