What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect evidence-based supported employment services
• develop community outreach and educate current and prospective employers
• assess vocational needs and goals and document employment plans
• record client contacts, complete chart reviews and treatment plan addendums
• preserve client dignity and independent functioning
• and build natural support systems with family, coworkers, friends, neighbors, and community groups.
