Practice Experience Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the front desk team
• train and onboard new team members
• manage booking conversion, pre-booking, membership, retail, and package sales metrics
• oversee daily front desk operations
• support provider onboarding and booking accuracy
• hold providers accountable to schedules and standards
• resolve patient concerns
• maintain inventory, equipment, and facility readiness
• lead promotions and company initiatives
• track performance
• partner with leadership on scheduling, workforce planning, and evaluations.
