What you'll do

• Lead and coach team members toward sales targets and showroom metrics
• support appointments and walk-in traffic
• assist with floor management and staff scheduling
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• conduct garment fittings and pinning
• coordinate with tailors and alteration specialists
• support onboarding and training
• resolve customer concerns
• contribute ideas to improve showroom operations and merchandise presentation.
