What you'll do

• Ensure safe, accurate, compliant medication dispensing
• counsel patients on medication therapy
• administer immunizations and support clinical services
• maintain state, federal, DEA, and HIPAA compliance
• manage workflow, prescription volume, inventory, and controlled substances
• uphold quality assurance and patient safety
• resolve operational and customer issues
• monitor performance metrics
• manage budget and labor expenses
• oversee reimbursement and audit activity
• recruit, train, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
• conduct evaluations and coaching
• create staffing schedules.
