What you'll do

• Record, order, receive, stock, label, and care for stockroom items
• maintain inventory counts and vendor information in the database
• enter purchase requests
• communicate with suppliers about quotes, orders, costs, quantities, lead times, and deliveries
• conduct cycle counts
• verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• allocate parts to the proper location or department
• assist site personnel in locating or ordering parts
• help load and unload trucks
• maintain a clean, orderly stockroom and follow safety rules.
