Variable Data Printing Programmer, First Shift

The Variable Data Printing Programmer role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $60,000–$75,000 per year. The position is in Impact Connects’ Information Systems department and supports customized print-document production for clients. The programmer builds and maintains document-composition workflows, prepares proofs and production output, and coordinates with internal teams to move jobs through the production lifecycle accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Review project specifications, data, and artwork
• build workflows using GMC PrintNet T/Inspire
• generate production output, proofs, samples, and supporting documentation
• follow and recommend improvements to laser print setup procedures
• manage document assets and workflow documentation
• maintain customer-specific programs
• track time and meet quality standards
• coordinate with Data Processing, Account Management, Production, and other departments.
