The Superintendent is an onsite role based in Raleigh, NC. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports Messer Construction Co. in delivering complex commercial building projects. This role exists to supervise and coordinate field operations, driving projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning, cost management, and superior client service.

What you'll do

• Support client, designer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• implement and drive Zero-Injury Safety program
• understand drawings, specifications, and contracts
• deliver built-in quality using three-phase control
• develop and maintain worksite logistics
• drive project schedule and coordinate daily activities
• facilitate site-wide huddles
• monitor and control project costs
• leverage construction management systems
• support staff mentoring.
