Parts Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Forecast department goals and manage performance
• hire, train, and supervise department staff
• prepare and administer the annual operating budget
• analyze sales, expenses, and inventory
• manage inventory levels, replenishment, returns, and obsolescence
• direct shipping and receiving
• establish pricing parameters
• oversee outside and counter sales
• develop promotions and customer contact
• handle complaints
• conduct inventory cycles
• enforce safety requirements and applicable regulations.
