What you'll do

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• collect samples and perform in-house laboratory testing
• obtain vital signs and monitor patients
• prepare patients for procedures and assist with surgery and anesthesia monitoring as appropriate to training
• administer medications as directed
• handle pets compassionately
• educate clients
• maintain records and clean treatment areas.
