Level 2 Desktop Technician

The Level 2 Desktop Technician role is onsite in Sumter, SC, with a stated hourly pay range of $22.50–$30.00. What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for desktop, laptop, workstation, mobile-device, software, and connectivity issues
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and peripherals
• image, configure, deploy, repair, and refresh devices
• maintain asset records
• support printers, scanners, operational endpoints, conference rooms, and collaboration technology
• assist infrastructure teams with network hardware, cabling, and site projects
• manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow or an approved ticketing system.
