By overseeing employees, cash handling, inventory, facility standards, and event procedures, the Manager supports the center’s operational and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and staff development
• oversee cash handling, cashier standards, inventory, and daily center operations
• ensure track personnel run races safely and mechanics maintain karts
• maintain facility appearance and safety
• support food service, private parties, and catering standards
• provide reports to corporate personnel and respond to customer-service needs.
