• Troubleshoot, repair, and recondition construction, municipal, and highway-related heavy equipment and components
• service large diesel engines and equipment hydraulic and electrical systems
• maintain client relationships through service, support, information, and guidance
• attend factory training
• maintain professional conduct and company image.
