What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skill-building sessions at home, in the office, or in the community using evidence-based practices
• provide crisis and emergency support through face-to-face or phone contact and on-call availability
• maintain electronic records and timely progress notes
• communicate progress toward service-plan goals to families and team members
• support daily living skills and independent living
• collaborate with families, case managers, courts, probation, and community agencies
• help clients practice communication, problem-solving, and anger management
• attend staff meetings and required training.
