What you'll do

• Provide classroom coverage
• supervise and engage children
• follow schedules, lesson plans, routines, and center procedures
• assist with learning activities, play, meals, transitions, and rest periods
• maintain a safe, clean, positive classroom
• support children’s social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs
• use age-appropriate classroom management
• follow licensing, health, and safety procedures
• maintain teacher-to-child ratios and active supervision
• communicate with center staff and families
• assist with organization, cleaning, and sanitizing
• report concerns and incidents.
