The role maintains and analyzes databases, metrics, and reports that support toll-system operations. It contributes to reliable system performance through database design and optimization, operational support, data analysis, and collaboration with monitoring and SLAM team members.

What you'll do

• Create, manage, and maintain KPIs and metrics
• generate reports and alerts
• support database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication
• collaborate on third-party patching and data analysis
• develop Power BI reports
• analyze and optimize database schemas and data requirements
• gather and assess business-process information.
