Clinical Director

The Clinical Director role is onsite in Syracuse, UT, with compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year. The director leads clinical programming at EOSIS ViewPoint Center, a residential treatment and behavioral health environment serving adolescents and families. The director coordinates clinical services, guides multidisciplinary teams, and oversees treatment and case-management processes. The role develops staff and program standards to support high-quality care and positive treatment outcomes.

What you'll do

• Participate in developing clinical policies and procedures
• coordinate clinical services across the program
• develop standards and outcome measures
• prepare monthly reports
• assist with annual clinical budgets
• lead weekly multidisciplinary treatment meetings with the physician
• coordinate staff responsibilities
• monitor case management from intake through discharge and aftercare
• assign primary therapists and other staff within 24 hours of admission
• develop quarterly training plans
• coordinate facility-wide and IOP activities
• coordinate external clinical services
• participate in outreach.

Why this role

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field required; at least two years as a Licensed Independent Practitioner and three years administering or supervising clinical services required. Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
