What you'll do

• Plan, report, set goals, train, and assist with recruitment for key positions
• monitor owner-supplied vendors and budgets
• assist with capital expenditure reviews and budgets

• conduct site visits
• coordinate projects and contractors
• develop capital work scopes and reports
• analyze and mitigate risks
• support inspections and regulatory compliance
• train facility operations directors on TELS and preventive maintenance
• oversee construction, remodeling, and maintenance
• manage maintenance contracts and vendor relationships
• support acquisitions and capital improvement plans
• manage multiple projects and communicate progress.
