The Generator Technician, Generator Mechanic role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and pays $30–$45 per hour. The technician maintains and repairs commercial and industrial standby generators to help keep critical infrastructure operating. The role diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, responds to service calls and outages when needed, and documents work for customers.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial standby generators
• diagnose and repair diesel and natural gas systems
• troubleshoot ATS, controls, batteries, fuel systems, and electrical components
• respond to service calls and emergency outages when needed
• document work and communicate with customers.
