What you'll do

• Recruit, select, and orient employees
• train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff
• schedule and assign employees
• monitor labor, cost of sales, and expenses
• ensure legal compliance
• keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready
• build customer loyalty
• resolve customer concerns
• analyze sales and expense information
• account for money received and meet banking requirements.
