The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager – Marketfair role is onsite in Princeton, NJ, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. The assistant manager supports daily photo operations and the seasonal team, helping deliver Santa visits and photo experiences while maintaining guest service, sales, and operational standards. The role also assists with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.
