What you'll do

• Follow facility policies, residents’ rights, confidentiality, and infection-control procedures
• report changes in resident condition and safety concerns
• conduct assigned rounds
• participate in individualized care plans
• document care and treatment
• assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, activities of daily living, meals, and transportation
• respond to call bells
• support resident activities and document participation
• maintain resident safety and complete assigned quality-assurance duties.
