Construction Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Support estimating, scheduling, subcontractor buy-out, and project documentation
• coordinate bids and materials pricing
• manage plans, specifications, contracts, submittals, and RFI logs
• prepare scopes and subcontract agreements
• conduct subcontractor site walk-throughs
• track punch lists and payment applications
• maintain owner manuals and closeout documents
• support site quality control and safety.
