What you'll do

• Modify, differentiate, and teach an inclusive curriculum.
• Collaborate with families and Special Education teams to develop 504 and IEPs.
• Create an inclusive and safe environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders, and families to analyze student work and ensure IEP compliance.
• Gather academic growth data and write goals for IEP meetings.
• Teach pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one instruction.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Partner with families.
• Engage in professional development, mentorship, and coaching.
• Participate in school-wide meetings.
• Partner with grade level team.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

1-2 years experience preferred.
