What you'll do

• Lead multiple stores and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams
• conduct store visits
• drive district sales and revenue goals
• monitor business metrics and implement improvement plans
• recruit, train, and coach retail leaders
• oversee operational standards, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation
• and support customer satisfaction and escalated concerns. The posting requires the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
