The Rest Here Program Supervisor - Weekend role is onsite in Bridgeport, CT, for 16 hours per week on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm. Compensation is not specified. Rest Here is a low-barrier, participant-centered drop-in center within Liberation Programs’ Community Outreach and Homeless Services Department. The supervisor maintains consistent weekend operations and supports a welcoming, trauma-informed environment centered on overdose prevention and equitable service. The role mentors peers, connects participants with services, oversees center operations and meal service, and supports peer trainees.

What you'll do

• Mentor peers
• ensure weekend operations follow center policies and protocols
• refer participants to treatment, housing, and other services with follow-up
• provide overdose-prevention education and support
• oversee opening, closing, and hot meal service
• stock supplies
• maintain cleanliness and weekend records
• support peer trainees and their training activities.
