Director of Finance

Job overview

The Director of Finance role is hybrid in the Chicago area, with four days per week in the office when not traveling. Compensation is $128,000–$160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead accounting operations and monthly close
• prepare and review financial statements
• analyze program performance and variances
• manage revenue, billing, receivables, and collections
• maintain cash forecasts and budgets
• partner on pricing and proposals
• lead financing efforts and lender relationships
• strengthen controls and systems
• coordinate external advisers
• advise leadership with financial reporting and recommendations.
